VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
This year I want to just have fun because this will be my last season of soccer. I want to help make the team better and be the best player that I can be.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
The most fun I have had this last year was when my dad and I went to go visit my grandparents in Texas for my grandma’s birthday and I got to hang out with all of my cousins, aunts and uncles. We threw a big party. It was great.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?
My favorite teacher was probably my 5th grade teacher Ms. Hultberg. I really liked how she built connections with students and she was very caring if anyone needed anything she would help right away. She is also pretty funny.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
My favorite athletic memory was probably a bus ride back with the soccer team where our bus ended up beside the volleyball team bus and we ended up racing busses back home. The busses split ways back to the high school when we got in town. We saw that the last light before the school was red and we cheered for a green light and right before we slowed to a stop the light turned green and we could see the volleyball bus caught the red light and we cheered as we pulled in to the school.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Connor Olson class of 2022 left the biggest impression on me because he played the same position as me when I was a freshman so if he said something, I listened and I worked my hardest to do what he said. Connor is a great leader and he helped to make me the player I am. When I played for varsity, he helped to organize the whole field and he showed me how to be a leader and lead effectively.
VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
My favorite part of being on this team is just being around the guys. I like to hangout with my friends during practice. The team is very culturally diverse and it’s really cool to be able to speak to players with different backgrounds.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?
I would go on a vacation to the Amazon rainforest and I would go with my family.
VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?
If I received 500 dollars and had to spend it in 24 hours, I would probably spend it on shoes. I would probably get a new pair of running shoes and some nice Jordan one lows.
VYPE: Do you participate in any community service projects?
I don’t participate in any community service projects.
